After umping the shortest game in history on Saturday, Bill and I have run into a ten inning marathon on Sunday. We were into the 7th inning at the 1 hr 50 min mark. Karma

Full seven inning game in one hour and twenty minutes.  Good pitching!  It took me longer to type this note than it did to finish an inning.

Thanks to all the NEORH guys who were at the Tallmadge/Cuyahoga Falls Challenger LL Exhibition June 18:  Al Bauman, Steve Beers, Ken Bellamy, Don Booth, Joe Cardi, Todd Conduff, Kevin Fowler, Jim Hostler, Doug Lane, Steve Mannarino, Rich Shahinian, Chet Warner & Craig Young.

I got to the field early and my partner was just a few minutes behind.  He introduces himself as the youngest brother of a well known NEO Hobbs family. Awesome!  I know them more as players, but that doesn't matter.  What does matter is that they're all still actively chasing Mr.

So I'm driving over to the assigned games (double-header) yesterday and I realized, oops, I'm driving to the wrong field.  I'm always on time or early, so I had time to turn around and head back. I made it in time for game start, but then I thought...I'm the judge of this competition and I just had a brain fart the size of Akron.
